The use of precast concrete stairs is indispensable in modern residential and industrial construction due to the reduction in construction time.
Our fixed, manually and hydraulically adjustable stair formwork systems allow both individual production and mass production. They are available in horizontal or vertical versions and are suitable for the production of prefabricated staircases, taking into account static specifications, technical regulations and planning requirements.

Adjustable stair formwork for straight stairs
Individual precast concrete stairs. Formwork with manual or hydraulic adjustment for the production of stairs with smooth steps and soffit. Due to the fast and precise installation of landings at any step and the horizontally movable and height-adjustable back wall, all common stairs can be produced in one formwork.

Fixed Stairmold

Upright or horizontal stair formwork with fixed riser and tread dimensions
For larger quantities of the same stair design, stair formwork is advantageous as fixed shuttering. The formwork is arranged either horizontally or vertically for the maximum number of steps and stair width. Smaller stairs with the same geometry can also be produced in the formwork by shutting them off.
